How much is the deposit?＋

A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before the booking, and a separate refundable £40 damage bond must be paid before installation.

Can you set up indoors and outdoors?＋

Yes. Indoor bookings need suitable ceiling height and space. Outdoor bookings are weather-dependent and need safe side or back access — we cannot take equipment through the house.

What surface do I need outside?＋

A suitable, level grass area is best. We do not set up outdoor inflatables on concrete or in public car parks.

What happens if the weather is unsafe?＋

Safety comes first. If Kings Castles Torfaen & Beyond has to cancel because conditions are unsafe, you can rebook within 12 months, subject to availability.

Can you help me choose a setup?＋

Absolutely. Tell us the children’s ages, party theme, venue and budget, and we’ll suggest the best fit.

How long does the slush machine take to freeze?＋

Please allow around one hour for the two slush flavours to freeze and become ready to serve. The £80 hire includes two flavours, 100 cups and 100 straws.
