A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due on the day by cash or card.
Yes. Indoor bookings need suitable ceiling height and space. Outdoor bookings are weather-dependent and need safe side or back access — we cannot take equipment through the house.
A suitable, level grass area is best. We do not set up outdoor inflatables on concrete or in public car parks.
Safety comes first. If Kings Castles Torfaen & Beyond has to cancel because conditions are unsafe, you can rebook within 12 months, subject to availability.
